To ensure that guests’ stay at the hotel is an entirely positive experience. This is the aim of Inclusive Hotel, an initiative dedicated to guests with autism spectrum disorders – both children and adults – as well as their families and carers.
Inclusive Hotel was conceived by Best Western hoteliers and has been developed with the scientific support of L’abilità Onlus.
Our hotel is taking part in this project: to ensure we welcome our guests in the best possible way, our staff have completed a training course run by experts from L’abilità Onlus. We have selected the ideal rooms, assessed the communal areas and prepared a Hotel guide to be consulted in advance to familiarise yourself with the premises and obtain guidance on how to make the most of your stay.

Furthermore, to simplify the information and make it more readily accessible, you will find information sheets in the rooms detailing the hotel’s facilities and information about our city, translated into the symbols of Augmentative and Alternative Communication.
