Tympanic membrane therapy
This method consists of the specialist who, through the ostio-tube in the pharynx, sends a nasal douche through the Eustachian tube to loosen the catarrhal secretion.
§A variant of this treatment is the “ POLITZER CRENOTERAPICO” that has the advantage of more easily being performed on children and patients who present anatomic abnormalities of the nasal cavity.
