Olive Oil Festival
The celebrated olive oil of Canino is tasted during this event.
The most important festivity on the municipal calendar of events in Canino.
Dating back to 1939 to the beginning of the production of the Extra Virgin Olive Oil, organized every year during the first 10 days of December. Traditional "bruschetta" is served along with other festivities that include guided visits to the oil mills, theatrical shows and musicals, discussions on oil, horse merchandise, exhibits of artisan work and to finish it all off a fireworks display.

Christmas in Cellere
A Christmas market place is set up in the streets of the town. A visit from Santa Claus arriving in his sleigh awaits you on Christmas eve to distribute gifts to the children and to parade around the town accompanied by pipers. A live nativity setting is also displayed on the 24th and 25th of December as well as the 1st and 6th of January.
